Overview
The Digital Health Index (DHI) is the sole mechanism for nationally assessing digital health suitability in communities. This comprehensive composite index measures 21 physical, social, and digital access indicators.
The DHI will benefit researchers, policymakers, healthcare providers and organizations, and patients across the United States. Researchers and policymakers can leverage this data to determine regional capability gaps and socio-economic areas of concern and inform interventions. Healthcare organizations can gain insight into a patient's suitability to use DH services based on their residential address, and patients can learn more about the services and gaps in their area.
